Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Items Eligible for Return
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products
- Digital products or software licenses
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without proof of purchase
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at dmcs.ecom@gmail.com with your order number
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely with the RA number visible
- Ship the item back to the address provided
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dmcs.ecom@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
